Works great, saves money buying 6 HB eggs at the store for $5.99 vs. a dozen for $3.99-$4.99
Not really a gadget person but I was tired of buying pre-cooked eggs and decided to give this a try. Works like a charm, so happy with my purchase. No more paying $5.99 for organic 6 hard boiled eggs when I can make a whole dozen organic ones at a time for much less. The yolks came out perfectly and there was no difficulty in peeling them after. Be sure to use DISTILLED WATER, not tap water for best results. The cooker is small so takes up very little room and I love the aqua color. I like that the measuring cup and egg piercer are all included. Great price for a handy product.

Excelente máquina. Deja los huevos listos, muy rápido y práctico. El único tema es que el boton de encendido se me descompuso al año y medio. Sin embargo la usé casi a diario y varias veces al día. Así que me siento satisfecho con esa compra. Vale la pena por el precio y la prácticidad.

Fast, near, eggs are perfect and so easy to peel.
Just got it last night, used it today and the eggs came out very well. Perfectly hard, with a nice, bright yellow yolk and so very easy to peel after leaving in ice water until the ice cubes were almost melted. Su much easier than boiling in salted water. I love hard boiled eggs and I will use this often. Only question is why 7 eggs and not 6??? Just like the larger model had room for 14 eggs, not just a dozen?? What is the reason behind this oddity?

I wish I found this years ago! I have never been able to figure out the correct way to make hard-boiled eggs and this cooker takes all the mystery out of it. I followed the very easy instructions and produced perfect hard-boiled eggs on the first try. The hardest part was making the tiny hole in the top of the egg with the provided tool. I did slightly crack one egg, but it still turned out perfect. As suggested, I left the eggs in the cooker for a few minutes after it automatically shut off, then placed them in a bowl of iced water to cool. The eggs peeled perfectly after cooling. Clean-up was a breeze and the compact size of the cooked makes storage easy. It is also light and the materials used in construction make it easy to move around. I have not made soft boiled eggs because I do not care for them, but I am sure they would turn out perfect by following the easy instructions using the clearly marked measuring cup that is included with the cooker. I also love the color choices!
