We love the craftsmanship of our new boohuger bench! The elegant design coupled with the ease of putting it together has made this bench a treasured item in our yard to enjoy for years to come!! And bamboos sustainability has made this an item that we are proud to share with our ‘green friends’, around the globe!

In my garden, I have a area of white marble chips crossed by a red bridge, with two large rocks in the chips and a large stone lantern off to the side. This bench, set to the side on a bed of wood chips, emphatically and beautifully enhances and completes the area. I couldn’t more pleased with the effect. It invites one to sit and contemplate.It arrived quickly, was well packaged, and was very easy to set up using two bolts and the included Allen wrench. It is very sturdy. So far it has shown no negative effects from being exposed to the elements.

Unfortunately, outdoor use does not mean what I thought it meant. I left this outside for several days in the rain and it is absolutely covered in mold. I will have to disassemble it, scrub it down, and finish it with a clear coat. This is a 5 star product but not being outdoor ready when it is advertised as such is really disappointing. It is solidly built but the balance is not there. If you lean forward a little bit the bench will begin to tip over.

It looks good and is dead simple to put together. Feels very solid. That being said no effort to package this well. I am sure it didn’t leave as it arrived but easily damaged when it’s just thrown in a box with room to move. Don’t have the energy to return and just put a plant to block the large crack.

We love our Boohugger bamboo bench that fits perfectly in our Japanese garden! It is beautifully crafted and so functional. I set it up in April and I have enjoyed sitting on it, reading my favorite books all through the summer. It is one of my favorite outdoor furniture pieces. It will be a treasured item through the years to come.

Perfect for my backyard! It sits on white rock with maples and bamboo surrounding the area.

Lovely piece. It is well engineered, beautifully constructed and easily assembled. (Two screws...Three minutes.) I wondered about the price relative to other benches, but I'm not disappointed. It's a very good value.
