Effective and Easy
We’ve been using this cleaner for years now, and I’ve got to say, it really works. I've tried other brands and they just don't work for us. Our house faces north, so we get mold twice a year, especially on the metal roof and pool screen. This cleaner does the trick! I’ve found the version you dilute yourself with water (not the hose version) works a bit better, but even with the hose, it still gets the job done. I just spray it on, let it sit for a bit, rinse and the mold is gone without any scrubbing. It’s been great for keeping the roof clean!

Empty’s quickly.
If you are looking for a good non pressure washing option this is a good choice. I will say that I had to use both bottles on my one story home around 100ft of siding so keep that in mind. The solution goes empty quickly. Also, the solution did have spray back and I had a few bleach spots in my cloths. Not a lot but enuf to mention it.

Worked better than I expected!
I wasn’t sure how well this would work, but it really surprised me. I found this after looking up some reviews on Youtube. I used it on some vinyl siding that had green algae stains, and they cleared up with almost no scrubbing. The hose-end sprayer made it super easy to apply—just connect and go. I liked that I didn’t have to mix anything. Definitely made my outdoor cleanup way easier. Attached are some before and after pictures. You can clearly see a big difference. In person, it looks way cleaner.

Stream strength of a 90yr old man with a bad prostate
DO NOT believe the spray distance claims. DO NOT believe the cleaning strength claims.I've used 30sec outdoor cleaner for years but as a concentrate that I mixed into my backpack sprayer, never an issue. I figured I would try this as my wife and I both have bad backs and it would be nice not to break out the ladder for cleaning our two-story house.First - Spray distance is claimed to be over 20ft. Mkay, well maybe on their rinse setting where it is just a jet stream of water. On the cleaning setting, MAYBE 10ft!! Don't even think about using this if there is even the lightest of breeze. It cannot take it, you end up covered in the water bleach combo.Second - Cleaning strength is not to be believed. The auto mix it does with the hose dilutes it so much that even leaving it on my siding for 5min and then rinsing, didn't clean it. I ended up using one WHOLE bottle just for the back of my house as it just wouldn't get the grime line under the lips of the siding. Mind you, my siding isn't that dirty, I just like my house to look nice. I do this every year or two and this is the WORST experience I've ever had with 30sec outdoor cleaner. Please do yourself a favor and use a concentrate mixed into a sprayer, hand or backpack Harbor Freight has them for dirt cheap all the time!

It works, results may vary, and a couple of tips!
My two containers both had leaks, so I think I got probably most of what I purchased, but some had definitely leaked out and they were slippery as can be!First let me say I started off by watching a lot of YouTube clips! I own an electric power washer, and vinyl siding, and have used it ever since I switched from a gas pressure washer, and it takes a couple hours to get it done, with of course the fear of blowing off a piece of siding, which has happened even being 90° to it it still happens! So I was very interested in this product! And it works... But at first I use the default setting because the siding isn't very high off the ground, and I didn't see any bubble action, kind of that soapy action... So I went ahead and pulled the red pin/cap, and immediately saw the action, this is from about 4 to 6 ft away, soaked the whole building, on full blast with the red cap pulled you'll only get a couple of minutes out of this! It will go fast! And the way you can tell you're getting to the end, as it'll start sputtering, and you'll look down and see your canister almost collapsed! So if you don't take note of this, you might just be rinsing off the stuff you applied! Which I think happened with my first jug! Because the results were not remotely impressive! Like at all, except for an area at the far corner where I had long sprayed it, and I think the fluid had time to work. Next is, pull the red cap anyway! You can regulate the flow by that same twisty handle! If you go 50% to rinse(and again this is assuming you have used the whole amount of the jug! Empty!) Then then you get mostly that same effect from the first before you pull the red cap, then when you want the blast, just twist the handle all the way to full rinse!Which I did, to my disappointment.Okay, luckily I bought two jugs, though also unlucky because now spent more money than I should have on this! It's about 50% humidity, sitting around 90° with a 8 mph wind. I have huge shade trees, so also the sun's going down so plenty of shade. Let the first round kind of dry, hit it with the second jug, this time with the red cap pulled, and it did as one would expect, although not great in one area... Oddly enough the area I had good results with, with the first jug! Also if you do end up using it on decking, make sure you rinse it thoroughly, it is very soapy slippery, but it probably was going to be that way anyway if you had some green stuff sitting on it!
