This thing absolutely works!! My son had sleeping problems (on the spectrum ) he would go to sleep 1-2-3am it was an awful situation. I decided to give this product a try, since it has a clean formula, no chemicals or ingredients I can’t pronounce, and it works!!! It’s part of our daily routine, and my son is peacefully resting all night! He has benefited so much, we have seen tremendous improvement on his behavior, he’s actually healing as he sleeps. This product has helped the whole family bc when anyone in the family I having difficulty falling asleep 😴 we know this product is there when we need it, and the most important part is… that it really WORKS!!! By the way, my son is 5yrs old, my daughter is 6 yrs old we give them 3 sprays under the tongue. My teenager and my husband and I take full dose when needed under the tongue. The taste is not bad but also not fantastic and that’s ok, you only take a little bit so no big deal. I also like that it comes in a spray form instead of a dropper which makes it easier to apply.

I absolutely LOVE this product, as it has all clean ingredients and is safe for my autistic son who has trouble getting to sleep. He gets to sleep quickly. He likes the taste and he gets a full 8hrs of sleep as do I. He was getting up in the middle of the night and not wanting to go to bed. Night time was a nightmare before this product. And the company is so accommodating. They were out of stock for a couple of months and they sent me a complimentary bottle as well as a sleep mask, and a couple other wonderful products! This product gives me a horrible headache the following day. I don't know what's in it do do this. It is non returnable so that was $19 wasted. I would not recommend buying this product.

I take 2 sprays’ worth worth of the Atlanova Melatonin spray when I go to sleep. There’s no need for me to bother with measuring it out, or wait for the pill to kick in. Before, I tried different product it did not show any kind of obvious or repetitive effect, even though I was taking it for months. However, with this product it only takes me at most 30 minutes after spraying before I fall asleep. It has proven to be consistently reliable and potent to the point that I only have to close my eyes after it has taken effect. It’s strong enough to keep me asleep for at least 6 hours. Love the taste. .

I finally found a melatonin spray that works. I tried everything else on the market to regulate my sleep schedule without luck. This helps me sleep like nothing else. It's hard to believe that it's all-natural.
