Always works
Simple I live by the ocean and need these to light a fire in my fireplace. This way I can always strike the match and it strikes , no soggy useless stick!!!

Time will tell
Not sure how you can review a product like this that you just received. I miss the strike anywhere matches but I will give these a try. I lit 2 of them and the both burned. I store them in waterproof aluminum match holders and I bought striker stickers to light them. I am impartial at the moment.
