Eiffel Bon Bons Chewy Candy 5-Flavor Variety: Two 4 oz Bags Each of Apple, Strawberry, Blue Raspberry, Cherry, and Caramel in a BlackTie Box (10 Items Total)

These are the delicious fruit flavored candies that I remember from French class in high school. The green apple flavor is by far my favorite, but I had never seen the caramel nor the cherry flavors before and was excited to try them.If you've never had these before, they are almost the consistency of gum or Hi-Chews or maybe warm starbursts. They have a light powder sugar dusting on the outside like marshmallows. The flavor is very bold, almost like jolly ranchers in intensity. The blue raspberry, cherry, and green apple have a bit of tartness while the watermelon, strawberry, and caramel are very sweet. In fact the caramel one is similar to a cow tail, but without the sugar filling.The packets themselves come two of each flavor. These bigger packets also have slightly larger candies in them than the smaller packets. They arrived quickly and in a nice black cardboard box that I wouldn't be ashamed to wrap up instead of reboxing for a gift.

These bring back memories of when my highschool french class would sell these every year. They were always my favorite candies... Especially strawberry!! I feel the cost is a little steep but I order them for the simple fact I love them so much and I am able to have my kids enjoy something I enjoyed as a kid. They can be quite hard if they aren't room temp or higher. So sometimes I'll put them in my pocket for a little bit to soften them.

I love Eiffel Bon Bon products and was excited to purchase them for friend to try. When they arrived they were like small gravel bits - inedible and, unfortunately, the company does not accept returns. I would recommend shopping elsewhere for this particular product.

I used to order these from my French teacher in middle school and have never found them anywhere else. I had seen them on Amazon before but a lot of the reviews said they were rock hard and were likely sitting in the warehouse for a while. Well I decided to treat myself for mother’s day and they did not disappoint! SO GOOD! These candies are supposed to be hard and then turn soft in the middle but aren’t break your teeth hard. These bon bons are also HUGE and the bags they come in are HUGE! Buy buy buy! Also I had fresh bon bons in Ireland and these tasted just like those ones and had the same texture so I know they weren’t stale.

I used to eat these during summer camp, loved them! I bought these to reminisce on childhood. These were much bigger than the ones I used to eat but all the more joy. Super chewy and full of amazing flavor. If you have a set with the caramel ones, my oh my they were absolutely yummy.I read some people say that they had stale ones, but I only had one hard piece and I just let it warm up in my mouth to melt it a bitI hope everyone who buys them enjoys them just as much

The manufacturing date on the back of some of these was 2019 (it’s currently 2024).. beyond stale and crumbling, not sure if it’s safe to eat.3 of them were a (L)ot from 2023 but the rest were all 2019.
