How many liner feet are in this box of 70 -16" W ?

I believe they are 4ft long. So 4ft x 140 yield 560 linear feet.

Just to be clear, it this 70 pieces as shown (not perforated, thus yielding 140 baffles)? Or 35 pieces as shown, giving me 70 baffles?

The 70 pieces are perforated down the center so they can be divided in two lengthwise. The whole thing is 23-24 inches wide. The 140 half width units would be just under 12 inches wide..

maybe a misprint on package i bought a 10 pack at home depot it says for 16 inch on center it measures 24 by 10.5 how will this work ?

You split the product at the perforation, then install against the roof deck - typically you install in the center of the opening. This will be enough net free air to meet requirements.
