Sliders are good quality and work well on either wood or carpet.

I am getting back into the workout routine and these have been amazing! Bring on the good burn. Good quality and they work great!

my only problem is that they tend to slide off of my feet everytime I get going good. I wish the top- the slick side was a little rough so my feet would not slide off so easily.

These are great for core workouts!

Did not work at the gym, like at all. I wouldn’t recommend if you’re trying to use at the gym.

I like these better than the ones at my physical therapist's office. The black area with the logo is grippy, so I can use them in my socks or bare feet without it feeling weird and it provides a bit of a cushion. I'm happy with them.

Works great on carpeted areas. Not as much for hardwood floors. I was told by a friend I need covers over them for hardwood use. For now I just stay on the carpet and they work just fine
