They're the only ones I could find that are low in fat. I can't have fat. They are chewy and sweet and satisfying. They are also inexpensive compared to other protein bars. The strawberry flavor is a bit artificial, but I didn't expect it to be otherwise. I ordered another box. Very happy with them. Review: One of the most unpleasant things I’ve ever eaten - First of all, these were quite small about 1/2 to 1/3 compared to the typical granola or snack bar. Second, they didn’t have much taste and what taste there was was very unpleasant bordering on disgusting. For all of the fake sweeteners and artificial ingredients packed in this thing think you would have some kind of deliciousness, but that would be a false belief. Finally, the texture was extremely unpleasant, strangely dense and chewy and yet it still managed to have somewhat of a cardboard/sawdust texture. Save your money and buy something else because these will not satisfy. They will not help you with a sweet tooth nor do they add a lot of benefit to attempting to consume fewer carbohydrates ## Features - FIBER AND PROTEIN: Each protein bar is a good source of fiber (10% daily value) and delivers 10g of protein to help maintain muscle; Now with improved taste and texture compared to our previous recipe - CREAMY SWEET SNACK: These strawberries and cream flavored bars have a delicious taste, satisfying texture, and are dipped in a delicious coating; They're also GLP-1 friendly - HELP STAY ON TRACK: 100 calories and 1 g sugar per bar; A flavorful, pre-portioned snack to help you meet daily fiber and protein goals - GREAT ON THE GO: Easy and convenient office snack, part of a quick breakfast, or a sweet treat; Keep in the pantry so you can grab a bar for busy days, road trips, and more - CONTAINS: One regular cardboard box of Protein One Strawberries and Cream Protein Bars, 5 bars, 4.8 oz; Perfect for instant snacking ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B07BB3Y6BK | | Age Range Description | Adult | | Allergen Information | Eggs, Milk, Peanuts, Sesame Seeds, Soy, Tree Nuts, Wheat | | Best Sellers Rank | #21,935 in Health & Household ( See Top 100 in Health & Household ) #104 in Sports Nutrition Protein Bars | | Brand | Protein One | | Brand Name | Protein One | | Coin Variety 1 | protein, strawberries and cream | | Color | pink | | Container Type | Pouch | | Customer Reviews | 3.6 out of 5 stars 2,424 Reviews | | Diet Type | Kosher | | Flavor | Strawberries and Cream | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00016000140899 | | Item Dimensions | 1.56 x 5.5 x 5.5 inches | | Item Highlight | 10g Protein & 5g Fiber Per Bar, 100 Calories, 1g Sugar, Creamy Coating | | Item Package Weight | 0.17 kg | | Item Weight | 4.8 ounces | | Manufacturer | GENERAL MILLS | | Material Features | Kosher Certified | | Model Number | 10016000140896 | | Net Content Count | 5 count | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Pieces | 5 | | Package Size Name | 5 Count | | Package Type Name | Pouch | | Part Number | 10016000140896 | | Product Benefits | High Fiber | | Protein | 10 g | | Protein Source | Soy | | Recommended Uses For Product | Snack between meals, Office snack, Breakfast or lunchbox addition, On-the-go treat, Ketogenic diet | | Set Name | 5 Count Strawberries and Cream | | Size | 5 Count (Pack of 1) | | Snack Food Bar Type | Protein | | Total Eaches | 5 | | Type | Protein | | UPC | 016000140899 | | Unit Count | 24 Ounce | | Vitamins And Minerals | 0.5, 115.0, 60.0 percent_daily_value_fda | ## Product Details - **Flavor:** Strawberries and Cream - **Number of Items:** 1 - **Product Benefits:** High Fiber - **Type:** Protein - **Unit Count:** 24 Ounce ## Images ![Protein One Strawberries & Cream Protein Bars, GLP-1 Friendly, 5 ct, 4.8 oz - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81JSm85sJxL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Size, Flavor** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: Is there caffeine in the bars?** A: I see nothing indicating it, but call to be sure. I was looking at the nutritional content as far as protein, fiber, sugar and overall these are a beneficial healthy snack. I did like the taste and I would purchase them again. They are a bit smaller than I thought they'd be, but I like them. ## Frequently Bought Together - Protein One 90 Calorie Protein Bars, Strawberries and Cream, Keto Friendly, 5 Ct, 4.8 oz - Fiber One 80 Calorie Chewy Snack Bars, Chocolate Caramel and Pretzel, 5 Ct, 4.1 oz - Fiber One 70 Calorie Brownies, Chocolate Chip Cookie, 2g Sugar, Value Pack, 12 Count, 10.6 oz --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.hu/products/71789678-protein-one-strawberries-and-cream-protein-bars-glp-1-friendly](https://www.desertcart.hu/products/71789678-protein-one-strawberries-and-cream-protein-bars-glp-1-friendly) --- *Product available on Desertcart Hungary* *Store origin: HU* *Last updated: 2026-10-18*
