These SMELL SO GOOOD!!!!
I don't know WHERE to start, so perhaps shipping.Roses came full foliage in a box that had wide spaces for sunlight to catch the plant.Unfortunately, someone during transit or hand off seemed to have turned the box on it's side or it fell because the soil was everywhere!Considering I was travelling and sent these to a hotel, it was embarrassing finding the package dropping potting soil on the lobby counter (covers face).A few broken edges but overall no hard damage and it had a timely arrival, considering I ended up shipping end December time like a loony.Planting:Planted in a 3 gallon pot of red clay, sand, wood ash and potting mix to create a crumbly consistency in the soil and kept watered daily in full Caribbean sun. Hot hot hot!Southward located to avoid salt air.Blooms:Boy, oh boy did I fall hard and fast in love with this plant. The blooms only took two weeks after planting but seemed to have already been on their way after shipping. The first three blooms were bigger than my palm! And the fragrance ❤❤❤ So sweet. The next few batches of blooms were a bit smaller but still large enough to cover palm in circumference when fully open. And boy do they open fast, one evening it is a closed bloom and by morning it will already be bursting mid bloom.Blooms last two days in peach, pink and yellow sunset-like color before fading to pale peach and finally dropping petals.Unfortunately, aphids do seem to like this variety and I am constantly on the watch for those lil garden wreckers on the new buds.Overall, amazing plant and flowers to die for. Will order more and perhaps a different color from the seller if available.

Want a refund!
Ordered this as a housewarming gift for a friend. It arrived with root rot and cannot be salvaged. So very disappointed! I would like to be refunded for this dead plant.

Incompetent packing, but rose resilient
This was by far the worst packing job that I have ever seen from a nursery. If my pictures post in the order I pasted them, the first two shots show what my plant looked like when I got them. The third shot shows a rolled up catalog next to the plant that was thrown on top of the rose inside the package. That catalog was bouncing around and broke the rose into basically what left me with one stem with two leaf stalks. Whoever packed my rose clearly had no clue of how to pack a live plant. You don't throw a rolled up catalog on top of a tender young plant and then stick it in a shipping box. (The box itself was in good condition.) I trimmed the rose of any dead and damaged branches in the picture with the catalog. Then I watered it and put some Superthrive in the water and hoped for the best. The last picture shows 4 days later, so it seems to be bouncing back. I got it on February 11th and the new growth picture was taken February 15th. I'm letting it grow a little bit more before transplanting. I gave it three stars because of the packing and because of the condition of the plant when it got here, taking into consideration the rebound growth of the plant. If this plant grows quickly, which it seems like it's going to do, and blooms and smells like it's advertised to, I will increase it a star. I just cannot believe what I saw when I opened the package - a heavy rolled up catalog sitting on top of my rose plant with most of the leaves and bud laying on the soil.*** UPDATE 3/7/21***Well, I updated my rating to four stars. Because as you can see on the last photo, this is what my rose looks like today. Obviously this is quite a hardy rose and can withstand the damage that occurred during shipping. I can't wait until it blooms.

Poor packaging
Plant arrived today, all soil had been totally dumped upside down. Most all leaves and branches were broken off and it was very dry. Looks almost dead. I'm going to try and salvage it but have my doubts. Damage has been done.

Not worth the money.
This thing is pretty sad.. it's super dry. It's not dead but will definitely have to baby it for awhile. Also someone hacked at it already. Looks like someone took some clippings and mailed them in a bucket. I wanted the orange color but next time I'll go to the local nursery.

First bloom.. Now a pink shade
Update Nov 10th. They turned to a shade of pink. See pictures! Probably because of the cold weather. Pretty cool! Hope it survives this winter!!========Received on August 6th. First bloom today Sept 1.It was smallish when it arrived but looked really healthy. Planted in large terracotta pot. Hopefully it will survive Winters in zone 6!It has a Mild fragrance too. I imagine the fragrance will be quite strong once more blooms show up!

How do I get a replacement or a refund?
The bush arrived in good shape but after a few weeks it is clearly in decline and dying while everything else in my garden is thriving. It has good care, is not waterlogged, was shaded and then moved to the sun but still is dying. I would like a replacement or a refund.
