This a very good computer.. Easy to set up and lighting fast. It also came with keyboard, mouse and 24in screen.

The desktop came just in time as my previous one died. Nice speed and graphics. Perfect for my everyday use.

The system has an integrated camera and microphone that were dead out of the box. I bought the 3 year support package with the unit and spent hours on the phone with them and Lenovo warranty support without success. I performed two factory resets to see if a complete initialization would re-recognize the camera and Microphone. It did not work. The troubleshooting steps that I performed with Lenovo included:1) ensuring the camera toggle switch on the top of the screen was on and that the protective clear plastic covering was removed.2) downloading updated drivers for Windows 11 and for the RealTek card3)Ensuring that privacy settings in the Windows 11 system showed the camera and microphone and allowed for application and device access4) Downloading Lenovo Vantage diagnostics to check all hardware components. The camera and mic did not even show as part of the configuration5) Opened a case with Lenovo to perform a factory reset. The Lenovo support rep explained the steps but cut me off on the phone and said she would get right back to me in about 10 minutes. I never heard back from her or anyone at Lenovo so I proceeded to do a factory reset to remove all data, clean the drives and start over. I did this over my wireless connection and the reset and re-installation of Windows 11 took almost 12 hours.6) After reset I went through all of the steps to get the computer up and running and still no camera or mic. At this point it was clear that this is a hardware issue.7) To prepare to return the computer I had to do another factory reset to wipe out and clean any personal information off of the unit. TIP: When performing the factory reset it is best to use a RJ45 (cat5e or above) hardwire ethernet connection instead of wireless. The reset only took about 2 hours instead of 12.8) At this point I boxed up the unit back into the original packaging and will be sending this back to Amazon for a full refund.

Nice computer. Does everything I need.

Using for my WFH job. I looked at so many different all in ones and finally decided on this one. It has not disappointed. The speed and storage is working perfectly. I’ve been using it since the beginning of the year and no issues at all. The size of the screen is perfect. It did come with a different keyboard layout. The @ was not on the 2 and a few other things were different. I just used an extra keyboard I had because I kept getting mixed up.

We had a Lenovo and found this just as easy to use.

Super feliz todo llego bien y me encanto la pantalla. No me gusta mucho el teclado y el mouse con cable, pero si se adapta cualqiera que sea bluetooth
