I got this for my tie dye business, as we use a few hundred pounds of ice a week. Machine works great, and is easy to set up in most instances. I only had issues because I had to split an already split line to make it work in our basement... but you probably won't have to deal with that!It says it holds 99LBS but that's FULL capacity, and with the way that the ice falls/the machine knowing when to stop making it you'll probably get to 60lbs. So that's a bummer, but if you check on it/move some ice around when it's getting full it'll turn back on. Minor inconvenience, but if you need a huge basin of ice and don't have a chest freezer nearby... you might want to select a different machine!

Firstly, the door was broken by day 2 of using this machine. It has a tiny storage bin. Not nearly what they say it is. Plus, it does not refill the bin at the rate specified in the description. I would never buy this product again. I tried to send it back, but they were going to charge me freight, so I’m stuck with it. I guess you live and you learn.Updated - 7 months after purchase, this machine is already dead. I should have just spent a little more money on a machine that will last more than a year. There is no number to call even though they say they have a 2 year warranty in the description. Be careful, folks.

So far so good this is a good ice machine makes ice fairly fast it is a bit louder than I thought it would be but it is trouble free and does a good job I would recommend this two others.

Our icemaker has broken twice in the past 3 years and getting parts is next to impossible. Vevor is still selling this machine but said they no longer make parts for it? Makes no sense. The water inlet valve is faulty and we can't get the part even through Vevor so even though the machine still makes ice if you dump water in, we are looking for a new machine. Will never buy Vevor again due to lack of parts and the manual is in broken English. Stick to something American made or something you can get parts for. I've never heard of a machine still in production being sold that the manufacturer doesn't support. I rarely write reviews but I am in this instance because I don't want anyone else to go through the frustration we have.

Was hoping this would keep up with our demand. If you keep bagging it just keeps going. Great machine. Worth the money.

Ice machine is much smaller in size than I expected. It holds a maximum of 45lbs at a time. Produces ice quickly but does not store the amount advertised which is a major bummer. It came with cheap plastic components for hookup. I spent a couple hundred on better parts to make sure it would leak or break and cause a flood.

So unit arrived broken, Seller will not send replacement parts, as was stated to me they are not liable for shipping. I complied and sent pics etc and exchanged emails. Carrier also sent message that it was delivered at 1:30 in the morning so I had to run up the road and make sure it wasn't sitting out side. It arrived 2 days later. Unit only stores about 50lbs it is used behind a bar, and it only filled our 20lb bucket twice. It is a nice machine and makes ice quickly, is light weight and fits easily behind the bar. I just won't be using this seller to purchase the other Ice machine we need!
