Too similar to other boundaries books

I read Boundaries by these same authors and I had an awakening. A total game changer. But, this book helps you put into practice what you learn and I can't thank them enough for sharing this knowledge. It's changed my life for the better in more ways than I have words.

This book was sooo helpful in helping to implement a "game plan" to go along with the new boundaries I have learned to set. It was easy to understand with many examples given. Who knew it could be so beneficial to relationships to pay attention to how we say things instead of just what we say!! Very good book!!
