I have very bad rheumatoid arthritis and have struggled using a kitchen knife. I must say today after receiving the knife I was able to chop a very large cabbage. The knife is fantastic, it is sharp but you have very good control, I would recommend this knife to anyone with arthritis problems as I find it very frustrating when I can't do things for myself. Excellent thanks.

Left handed knife so no good for me. I had thrown away all the packaging so did not return it so now lies in my knife draw waiting for a left handed cook ! Wish it was advertised as left handed.

My partner has rheumatoid arthritis and finds it difficult to get downward pressure with a knife. That can make cutting thick vegetables very difficult. We thought this might help, allowing for more of a sawing action and using the arm more than the wrist. Unfortunately it has made no difference; the action of the hand is much the same and cutting is just as difficult. It is well enough made and works well as a basic serrated knife. However, if you are looking at this as you have similar circumstances to ourselves, it may not be the answer you are hoping for.

Ideal for my arthritic hands and literally takes the pain out of cutting. I am right handed and it is fine, in fact it is edged on the left of blade which I imagine makes it a little less left hand friendly, but I can use it with both OK.

Not very sharp and no good if you want to cut straight. Excellent for carving if you only want thin slices. No good for chopping which is what I wanted it for as can’t apply downward pressure very well. Will keep as it’s the best I have ever carved a chicken but other than that not much use.

Very good if you have arthritis in fingers & wrist, also very sharp.

Excellent, really easy to use for someone with hyper mobility in hands, a little bit expensive but worth it. Because of the price I have been hesitating but am really happy and will be getting some more different ones.
