To an extent; in general it isn't organic. About 40% of potato goes into the chips. With wheat and corn which itself is primarily organic. It then has artificial flavoring which is not organic. It's good to note what artificial flavoring as well. Flavoring like Yellow-5 failed numerous lab tests. Hope this helps.

Why is one cam so expensive?

When I bought them, the price wasn't like this. They are a discontinued flavor. It was my favorite flavor. Downfall from ordering is the chips really take a beating and one can more like crumbs vs chips.
