i have ordered this item from this seller for the third time now and cant wait to get it. the vitamins are exactly as described and arrive in a timely manner and are quite delicious to chew. not chalky or bad tasting at all, you could just drink it down but i prefer to chew mine as the taste is quite nice. will continue to order this product from this seller in the futurestephen G

The flavor is very chalky and hard to chew for me. I am searching for something better on the market.I also have not noticed and positive benefits but maybe because I haven't been able to stomach the taste every day.

My doctor recommended B-12. I did research and found what the correct daily dosage should be and how best to take it (sublingual). Also learned some B-12 pills are vegan.

These go under your tongue to dissolve. The flavor is cherry but not strong so easy to handle. My blood pressure has been in a good range since taking these. It wasn't off the charts though so don't expect a huge decrease, but it was over 130, around 133-137 and is now in the 120's pretty consistently. Doesn't seem to be affecting the bottom number at all. Only the systolic. I will continue to take these and see what happens. I can't say as I have any more energy, but maybe. I am taking for the BP affect. They do taste nasty to me however. Very sweet with the fake sugar and strong cherry taste. I ended up giving them away and bought a different brand that isn't so strong. If you are ok with that fake sugar taste then you will be fine.

I did not know that I had a B12 deficiency and started loosing feeling in my upper back leg. The numbness lasted days and grew in length. I have a large spinal fusion and doctors often assume that is the cause of any issue I'm having. My doctor set me up for an MRI and before the day came some bloodwork came back. I had a B12 deficiency. I started reading and found this could cause numbness in the limbs etc. I figured out which B12 I needed and within a week of taking this one, no MRI was needed. Also, when I was suffering from the unknown deficiency I was so irritated with work, tired and on edge. All of this changed after simply adding the B12. I saved my co-pay on the MRI too:-)
