Ordered for Christmas. The bars were easy to put together. A little hiccup with some screws missing. The Customer service always responded quickly to my emails. They sent me the screws and comped me money for the trouble without being asked. The bars are sturdy and the pad has saved my children a couple times already. The item is easily deconstructed to reclaim your lost space.

Great customer service. Had an issue with the color of the mat I received being off, I reached out to the seller who responded immediately and resolved it and offered a partial refund for my trouble. Difficult to find customer service like that nowadays! Bought this for my twin 8 year old daughters who have started in gymnastics, and even three months later it’s one of the few things they play on not only together but every single day. They love practicing different moves on it and when we have friends over, it’s the first thing they want to show people.

Awful - it is described as a parallel bar but the distance between bars is only a foot or so. A child can't do anything without hitting the other bar. Thankfully the return policy was great!
