Q: Does it have to be refrigerated after it's opened?

I never refrigerated mine after opening and it stayed delicious! I need to order another one soon! The last one i ordered about 9 months ago and it's almost gone! Mmm mm mm!

Mine was purchased in 2017 and the expiration is 4/2019

Q: Does anyone know what the correct pump to use with this 64 ounce bottle?

I bought the half-gallon bottle pump from Amazon for New Cholula Sauce Bottles. It works great. I use it to fill the smaller bottles for table use, then wash it out. Buying the Cholula in this large size is way more inexpensive than buying the smaller bottles of Cholula.

Timothy, I'm not the manufacturer but a consumer -- by far the most socially populated Cholula is the "Original," and outside of old school Tabasco, it's about as commonplace in restaurants as any hot sauce in the world. So the answer to your question is no, as you asked it specifically about the "Chipotle" version...which I think is richer by virtue of being smoky and using a different pepper. But if you're getting Cholula in "little cups to go," 99% chance it's "Original." I hope this helps you. Does it?
