I liked the concept, and it works for the most part of itself. I was disappointed in the hangers. The metal was thinner than I would have guessed, bent very easy at wrong times.Other than that it work well.

Took about a hour to install. Quality wise is okay due to thin metals. I would want something more sturdy due to heavy metal rolls

The backdrop roll holder arrived super fast a few weeks ago, though I just had the opportunity to play with it. Assembly was super simple, I hung it from the ceiling in 10, 15 minutes. Everything works smooth, the chains are a bit lighter then I had hoped for, but are holding up perfectly with 3 new rolls of seamless, so what else do I need!!

I SPEND THOUSANDS ON AMAZON PRIME and this is a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. So the entire reason for my purchase was to have a system that would aid in pulling down a photography paper backdrop. Initially, I was going to order the more expensive remote system, but decided against that choice after talking with professional photographers who had purchase that system for their studios and had serious complaints.The chain function on this manual system simply does not work. I even spent the extra money and purchased the aluminum tubes that were suggested on Amazon. PROBLEM: Once you roll it down with the chain, YOU CANNOT ROLL IT BACK UP. You have to reach up with a step stool(I'm 5'5") and manually assist the paper to try to get it to roll up. It takes ALL of my wrist strength to assist the paper roll until the roll is 1/2 way up. WHAT'S THE POINT of this system if I have to use my own physical strength to roll the paper? Really stinks and I've wasted time, money ( I paid someone $200 to hang the system) I've put holes in my newly sheetrock/painted walls and I will have to pay a contractor to patch holes and paint the walls. I'm OUT HUNDREDS and back to square one with no system.

I bought this as a Christmas present.No instructions, not even in Chinese like the last guy got.No bars included, so you need to spend another $49 for those.which they mention on one of the pictures I hadn't scrolled to.

incomplete? difficult to assemble

Came with only Chinese instructions which wouldn’t be too bad if I could read it. Not very intuitive at all in the process of returning it.
