Small Acetate Claw Clips for Women, Thick/Thin, Half Updo

I've bought 3 of these and I love them. They are just perfect for half-up-half-down hairstyles and they are cute and very strong. I love the colors they come in and they are high quality. (As a side note, the little pouch they come in is of a better quality than even the more expensive clips. I use them for my rosaries.)

This clip is well made! The finish is glossy with no imperfections that I could find, and the color is pretty. I would say it’s more peach than pink, but it’s still beautiful. I can clip my thin hair back behind my head and despite it’s glossiness, the hold is fantastic! I don’t have to worry about slippage at all. BUT… The presentation is overkill and an excuse to drive up the price. This clip comes in a box, but it’s clear by the insert that the box is for earrings as it has two holes in the material where one would put earrings. So they’re trying to charge you for the presentation, but the boxes are even custom for the product, they’re just generic jewelry boxes. It also comes with a silky pouch. It’s a plastic clip, not a family heirloom. I don’t know any reason that someone would keep something they would use quite regularly in a pouch making it harder to access. The presentation is a bunch of smoke in the air attempting to distract us from the fact that this is just a plastic clip, a pretty and well made one, but still just a plastic clip you’d use to pull your hair back and probably eventually lose or break. Even if they cut the price in half I’d be hesitant to tell people to run out and buy it. I do think that the product is beautiful and feels durable, but it doesn’t make it worth $20. Maybe that’s subjective, but I have to take it into account when rating because it would certainly factor into whether I would purchase it if I were reading this review.

I ordered 3 different colours. They are really lovely, small yes, but not very small. Expensive, absolutely, but you get what you pay for. Very nice quality. They are actually the right size for me. My hair is fine, but I have tons of it. They suit my hair well. Because of the presentation, they would make a lovely gift.

Color: Green I still think that Evita Peroni hair products are way overpriced, but I can't deny that they are of a superb quality. They stand out far above the rest. Well made, look great, and work well without damaging the hair. This is a very pretty hairclip that can easily be worn while dressed up or going casual. It has a more refined look than other hairclips. Holds well and is very durable.

Very tiny even for thin fine hair.
