These worked next day as you use as night. you will have minor discharge but if you wear a pad it not bad. They were very easy to use and you cant feel it when in. I find them to be effective, and I like that I am able to use them for just a couple nights or so and get back on track with vaginal PH so long as I catch it early. I know it says to use these every night for 10 consecutive nights but I have found these to be effective with much less if I am careful to stay on top of things as I said. I realize that these are made with clean natural ingredients that make them more expensive to produce, but I find them to be a fairly expensive product especially if used as directed for the full 10 days at a time. For me, this sis a poor value for the money because it is about $2 per suppository when I purchase these.
