I purchased these back in March with the hope I could curb some of my absent-minded snacking throughout the day. I was very sceptical about how much impact these might have on my appetite/cravings, I needn't have been, they're fantastic!I'm not an unhealthy person, quite the opposite, I am a member of the mountain rescue here in the Lake District and spend an absurd amount of time in the mountains rescuing people, so improving health and fitness wasn't really my aim here, my problem is that I am a remote worker and spend a lot of time sitting at home working, and I can spend an absurd amount of money and time eating snacks out of boredom, also snacking whenever I go out shopping (or buying loads of extra food just because I feel a little peckish).These tablets have completely curbed those small cravings and even make me eat less at meals, I no longer feel the need to snack endlessly and I've saved a small fortune on every shopping trip while taking them :DWithin three days these tablets had truly begun to start working, I found that you had to be regular with the times you take them in order to get the best results, either taking them just before bed or the very first thing in the morning. For me, they work best when taking them first thing in the morning, a huge glass of water and the two capsules (the water is essential for best results, I'd recommend at least one pint of water - I drink a full 750ml hiking water flask with mine).The only negative so far is that the very first day I took them it made me quite gassy and the burps smelled strongly of cider/vinegar and left a strong taste in my mouth after each burp, this side effect had completely gone by the second day and I haven't had an issue since.I'd definitely recommend them to people wanting to curb their appetite a little like myself.

I've tried a few different apple cider vinegar capsules and these have been the best by far. Being capsules they are very easy to swallow and they don't really have any taste. They do smell if you stick your face over the tub but honestly, compared to previous brands, the vinegar smell is not strong at all. I take them in the morning with a full glass of water. They definitely help to kerb snacking as I don't feel as hungry.

Lots for the price. No real taste and not too hard to swallow. Have not seen any benefit from using them though.

Of all the supplements I've taken over the years, Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) is easily the most effective. I originally took ACV 'with Mother' (ref. Mother - gives the ACV liquid a dark, cloudy appearance) for improving the condition of my skin. It appears to have worked but there has been another side effect, one that has reduced my body weight significantly. I have already lost 4-stone and I'm seeking to lose a little more weight.I have switched to using ACV tablets from using ACV liquid because of the improved flavour: there is virtually none but washing down the tablets with water is desirable. However, I'm still uncertain if tablets are more effective than liquid. Only time will tell.Apple Cider Vinegar, although fairly expensive, seems to work miracles, at least in my case. I have resisted giving a score of '5' even though I have achieved a great deal - a significant weight loss - by taking it! I started out with ACV liquid and switched to ACV tablets because of the bitter taste of the liquid. It is very bitter. I would like to switch back to liquid to compare its benefits with tablets.Highly recommended but do check which is better: liquid or tablet form.

I'm using these for the enzymes in the mother and to help with stomach acid and healthy gut for LPR - along with other methods and supplements.These are a lot easier to tolerate than ASV liquids, safer on the teeth too. They do, momentarily taste of ASV, but I like that and there's no after taste or overt reflux issues with them once swallowed.They could do with being a bit smaller, thus easier to swallow, but they can be swallowed fairly easily (I'm not great with capsules and tablets).Early days but they seem to be helping my digestion.

After reading reviews I thought these would actually be good, so I thought I would try. Well they don't work and after reading that some off the 5 star review on amazon are fake, well it makes you think which review on amazon are really, so after researching the review I see this is a waste of money and not worth it and that these DO Not Work. Only think I can say is I gained weight, I do go to the gym I am not living in junk food. Not worth it don't buy.

I think this is really great- I got them a few days ago and I’ve noticed that I’m not hungry when I wake up in the morning, and then I have 2 of the capsules with a pint of water which (to be fair) also helps with feeling full. It’s sort of a weird sensation because you don’t feel the hunger pangs which you would expect to at certain times of the day when you would normally snack- I actually feel like my concentration is more focussed because I’m not worrying about when I’ll next eat because I don’t feel hungry. Obviously you still have to eat, but I can imagine that after a while of using these you will notice the effect pretty quickly.
