Works as described, had a rattle in the collar when I opened it up though... not very quality. To activate one of the buttons, you have to press it once to wake up the remote and again to send the signal. That delay makes it hard to use as a training aid because any hyper or crazy dog will already be on another thing already just like mine is. I don’t like walking around ready to press the dang button at all times, just when I need it I’d like it to work.

The price of this item may be attractive but the unit that I received, and which has been noted elsewhere, has a shock intensity that is way too high even at the lower range of settings to avoid over stimulating/shocking a pet. The amount of stimulus generated at the lowest level #1 was quite noticeable to me, leaving no room for further reduction. Each setting upwards had a significant increase to the extent that level 10 was not something that I would want to experience again. Higher settings would only be appropriate for sadistic users.If you feel that the vibration mode will be all that you ever use, this devise may be acceptable, but a good training collar really needs to be able to supply a properly regulated stimulus greater than vibration to effectively communicate with a distracted dog. This collar is scary in that regard.The instructions are somewhat confusing, if not laughable, due to the author's limited familiarity with the English language.

This collar has worked very well for our jack russell. I have never had to use the shock setting. In fact I never planned to anyways. We turned the shock setting all the way down to 0 so there wouldn't be any accidental button pushing since the buttons are rather close together. The main reason we purchased this is because it had so many settings. He responds to the sound setting and we've only used the vibration setting a couple times. I love how you can set the vibration settings from 1-99 giving you plenty of option for strength.

The collar works great after a couple months, only problem is the flashlight on the remote started flickering after using it for a while

This collar is great. We actually never used the shock setting just the sound and vibration mode was enough to stop the unwanted jumping on everyone and everything. Well made with bright light that can be activated. Good distance response, although there can not be any obstacles between you and the dog. for the price I think it worked great for my needs.

Good product. Only gave 4 stars since occasionally the vibrator or sound buttons don’t work. I don’t use the shock feature.

I would not recommend this product. I received mine and it worked for about one day. Then the beep stopped working. I recharged it even though it said it was charged and it worked again, for a little bit. The range of settings, from 0-100, makes it very difficult to find the correct setting that works with your dog in a timely manner. The inconsistency of the product makes you question whether or not the vibrate is actually vibrating or is it just not set high enough for the desired effect. I never got to the shock mode because I was afraid to use it, not knowing if it was actually going to shock her or not. Overall, not worth the money

We have tried several of these collars and this is by far the most productive one we have used. Very comfortable for the dog and the motion on it is very nice. We only need to charge the collar like once every other week. Very nice feature and the range is good.
