Bought this check scanner becasue our previous scanner (different brand) died on us. We followed bank instructions to remove prior scanner and install new scanner, but it didn't initially work. So, I jumped the gun and requested a return. Seller immediately contacted me and assisted with the issue we were having. All good, great service - thank you!

Do not buy from this company!!!!! We purchased a check scanner for our office three months ago. It took close to a month to finally receive it. After only using it for a month, it has already stopped working and unable to read checks. We have tried everyday to contact the seller Jarrett Tech and have been unable to speak with anyone. This was supposed to be a brand new machine, and it has stopped working after only a month. Do not buy anything from Jarrett Tech, what a total scam!!

the scanner is excellent, very useful in its functionality very good image quality and easy to use. Because we use it in a company, not in a bank, we have some problems with the emitted format of the magnetic band of the checks so that it enters them into our accounting program. this is a pending issue we'd like to have some help thank you !
