Loud and clear
Nice and loud and clear, ordered for my restaurant because I couldn’t hear the bell they were using but I could hear this bell

Dog training to go out
It works and is loud enough to hear from another room. It’s cost effective and easy to use. It’s a muted color. I’m trying to train my pug to sing it when she needs to go out, the part where her paw touches it isn’t too small to get stuck in her crevices so that is also nice— others I’d considered were plastic and ratings were saying they’d break. I feel confident that if any chance stands to work in training her on this, it’s with this bell.

A bell that pierces through noise
This is a great, loud bell that pierces through noise. We bought it to replace another that we have used for years in our home to signal that meals are ready. Our previous bell, which was similar in design, worked well. This one though is even better! It cuts through a blaring TV on the second floor, and through music blasting in my daughter's bathroom and it's loud enough that the hard of hearing in the extended family pay attention. Just one ding of the bell is usually enough to bring them to the table, but if not, a second ding will certainly do the trick. Hitting the large striker with your palm is very satisfying and the pitch and resonance of the bell is perfect to cut through noise, and hangs in the air. This bell would be perfect for commanding attention in a store, restaurant or home and I highly recommend it.

I bought one of these service bells just for fun. But I wanted it to look good and work well, and this one does.

Almost 4 Years of Ringing
Survived 3.5 years in a restaurant being hit hundreds of times a day. Loud, clear ring the entire time. Hope the new one is ready to work!

As described, a well-made bell. I thought however it might have been bigger.

Bell is just OK, does not have any features claimed by the pictures. 1.It does not have that any bigger pressing button 2.It does not have any new improved clapper Normal calling bell from China.

I usually find shopping for basic hardware to be a bit of a toll, but these bells really struck a chord with me. I’m giving them five stars because they arrived with amazing chime-ing, and frankly, I’m alarmed by how much I enjoy using them. It’s nice to finally find something that isn't a total "ding-er." The "Nice" Pros (A Sound Investment) Top-Tier Resonance: The sound is clear enough to wake the dead, or at least the teenager in the basement. It’s a very "appealing" noise that really rings true in a quiet room. Double the Fun: Since it’s a 2-pack, I have one for the kitchen and one for my desk. It’s a real "bell-and-whistle" situation without the unnecessary whistles. The "Big Button" Energy: You don't have to be a brain surgeon to operate this. The button is so large even I can't miss it, which is great because I’m often not quite "all there" before my morning coffee. The "Real Talk" Cons (The Only Dissonance) Power Trip Potential: I’ve noticed a slight change in my personality. I’ve become a bit of a "belle" of the ball, expecting service the moment I tap the button. My family, however, has not yet answered the call. Pavlovian Problems: I’ve used it so much that my dog now sits for a treat every time I get a notification on my phone. It’s a bit of a "clapper" trap I’ve set for myself. Improved Version?: They claim it’s an "improved" version, which makes me wonder what the old one was—a silent hunk of iron? Regardless, this one really "peals" back the layers of what a bell can be. Final Verdict: For Whom the Bell Tolls (It’s You) If you’re looking to add a little "ding" to your dignity, this is the purchase for you. It’s sturdy, loud, and frankly, it’s the most "sound" advice I can give you today. Don't let this opportunity pass you by—toll-y up and add it to your cart. Bottom Line: A bell-ievable quality at a price that won't leave you feeling rung out.
