It SHOULD, however, I'm not sure about the external dimensions of that particular one. What I've found is, if several syringes are the same capacity as those listed as working with the Autoject, they generally have identical or nearly identical outside dimensions and work just fine. Right now, I'm currently using Reli-On 1/2 ml 31g with a 6mm needle and having no issues, even though the Autoject doesn't specifically say it will work with this. Unfortunately, the only way to know for sure is to try it out, but every needle I've tried so far actually works...just have to set the depth adjustment. Hope this helps.
