I love this for camping. So easy-so good just add vegetables.

I came across this product at a small mountain town shop and easily made this while camping as it only requires water and no milk! I can’t handle a lot of heat but this is flavorful with a tinge of heat while so so delicious. I find that it’s much creamier with the optional addition of butter. Loved this product so much I bought a case of it! Would love if they offered a whole grain noodle option some day.

I've only made the Green Hatch-one thus far, but it was quick and easy to make! Think of it as a tastier step-up from Kraft Dinner. The chili had a good heat level for me, gradually building over the meal. I'm looking forward to the Red Hatch variety, and will be ordering the Jalapeno, Hatch Chili, Cheddar Grits in the near future.My order also came with a personal thank you note for the purchase - the personal touch is always appreciated.

So this is marketed as a trail mac and cheese... I would say this is more of a car camping mac and cheese. See it tastes pretty good but it took me 13 mins to cook it... 13 min of constant boiling is just too much fuel consumption for me. Its not boil in bag so it makes a mess out of you cook pot. Its a lotta hassle for mac and cheese. On the trail, I'll take a spicy ramen and a velveeta single serve cheese packet, its done in less then 2 minutes.Its a good try but for the price it's not really giving you a product that's any easier for hiking...

Wow. This was way better than my expectations. I was told from a friend who is an avid outdoorsman to try Fishski - Ordered it on Prime, arrived in a timely manner and it was better than expected! Full of flavor, extremely cool packaging. My kids love it. We have already ordered our second delivery. The green chile flavor is excellent - not too spicy for kids. Red is also great.Look forward to bringing on my next camping trip - so easy to cook!

I hate to leave negative reviews BUT this stuff is horrid. I LOVE Mac And Cheese. I did two bone in Ribeye's for my wife and I because I love the au jus from the steaks mixed with the Mac and cheese I could not gag it down I am so disappointed I even tried to give some to my pet Crow Einstein he wouldn't even touch it. Sorry guys Kraft mac and cheese has you beat by a country mile

Glad I saw this product and decided to give it a try. It has an amazing Red Chile flavor through-out and it is so easy to make. All you need is a pot and a spoon to stir with, the packaging turns into a measuring cup for water; with a marking showing exactly how much to get. No need for milk or butter to create the cheese sauce, but you can always add extras in the end to jazz up your mac n cheese. Will definitely buy more of this product, it is amazing.

Package looks great but the flavor is disappointing. Just add some ground chili powder to any mac and cheese . Need more cheese powder and peppers .
