Caraway 9x13" Non-Stick Ceramic Small Baking Sheet

I’ve been using the Caraway non-stick pan consistently and I’m very impressed with the overall quality. The pan heats evenly and truly lives up to its non-stick claim eggs, vegetables, and proteins release easily with little to no oil. Cleanup is quick and simple, which makes it great for everyday cooking. I also appreciate that it’s made without traditional non-stick chemicals, which gives me more peace of mind when cooking. The pan feels sturdy and well-made, and the design is sleek without affecting performance. After multiple uses, it has maintained its non-stick surface well. Overall, this is a thoughtfully designed pan that performs as expected and would be a solid addition to a home kitchen.

My cookie baking sheets pans were getting old and grimy, so I bought the Caraway to replace them. They are non-stick so I can bake cookies on them without needing parchment paper or PAM. They are very easy to clean in the sink with a sponge and hot water so I'm not going to risk them in the dish washer. I've also used it to cook bacon using the air fryer mode of our stove. I like that they are non-stick ceramic rather than a Teflon based coating that can degrade over time.

Excellent baking sheet for smaller meals and air fryer use. It heats evenly, cleans up easily, and the non-stick coating works exactly as advertised. A great addition to my kitchen.

I love it! Easy to cook with and very easy to clean! My only disappointment is that the colored bottom side got scratched from my oven racks.

These are awesome very sturdy. Very much worth the price. These are way better than a knock off brands.

I thought these Caraway pans were great — they are a good weight and enamel and nonstick coating seem solid. However, we have used them a few times, and today noticed that in a 425F Miele oven it seemed deformed. After we took it out and it cooled slightly, it seemed better but still not completely flat. You can see in the photo that opposite corners are both lifted off the rack by a few degrees. Now that it’s cooled off again, it’s flat again.

This is a quality cookie sheet. I have been using it for several weeks now and it is very easy to clean. (The bottom has a few scratches from sliding it on the oven rack.) The top surface still looks good. (I hand wash it)

Perfect small baking sheet. Heavy with a great ceramic coating. I have this one size larger and I needed something slightly smaller and this fit the bill. My other one has never chipped or discolored, so I bought again, in the smaller size. If you are looking to bake cookies, you will need the next size up. This is truly small, but they offer bigger sizes.
