I am actively trying to find a smart, wifi-connected lock box for online scheduling and access authorization from a remote location. I was interested in this product and spent the $200 to try it out. How the product is packaged is very nice but there is very little information regarding use and other instruction. During MST business hours, I reached out to the company for assistance and the only access I was afforded was via email. At the end, I had a nice and soft paperweight. Really wanted to support this company and this product but they didn't work very hard to support me. Oh, the other kicker, $50.00 per month if you want basic functionality and if you have multiple boxes as any productive agent would, $300 per month. Yikes! Off to find a better solution. Sorry guys, I really tried to support you.....

Such badass technology and it looks really cool.First we had issues registering the lockbox in the app. The film around the lock is a very cool soft rubber, but since it is black, soft and fuzzy, your camera can not pick up the barcode to register it. Then I entered the lock in manually through a sticker on the bottom of the package.So I figure, smooth sailing from here. Then when I go to setup the lock, It says it had been previously registered. I assume it had been returned previously as the lock did look worn. So I reached out to support and they were able to help.Then in charging the lockbox, it has rubber around where the charging port is that doesnt let it charge unless you hold the charger. So whatever, I used duct tape to apply pressure continuously so it would charge.So finally, lockbox is setup, registered and charged. I use the seamless app to open the lockbox, put my key in there and then put it on my door. But the top part of the lock will not open so I cannot lock it to my door handle. Support sends me youtube videos when I tell them it wont work saying you need to pull it. I, a reasonably strong person who has sunk 5 hours into setting this up, put all my weight and strength into pulling this top off. I have friends and roomates do the same after watching the youtube video on it. This thing will not unlock.Reached out asking for a return. So if you do buy it, you might get my lock that doesnt work. Good luck!

not happy didn't work at all unless I was right by it. Hard to get ino the app. The key box is so small a slightly over sized key and two regular keys didn't fit. I had to send it back.

I am a real estate investor and have used all the different lock boxes available to the general public. The only “smart” lock boxes are 100% monopolized by the real estate industry, you can’t get one or use one if you are not a realtor. Now I have the ability to show my properties at any time and know who is looking at it! The device works great and gives me the same ability the real estate market has. In today’s day and age, people don’t want to go through an agent to see a house. I only hope to see the TOOR lockbox being used everywhere to give buyers the freedom they want! Great product and would recommend to anyone!

I really wanted this lockbox to work!!! They still have glitches which I hope they work out, but I returned the product when the arm on top would NOT open. So sad

I wanted to use this for multiple contractors to use while some construction was being done on the house. I couldnt get the device to close around the door handle. It blinked purple, I pushed hard, but it wouldnt close. I like the idea of being able to remotely allow access, but in the end, it was too techy for my purposes and I didn't want to impeed ease of access to the house by requiring workers to download an app. I went with a basic push button lock box to hold the keys instead.

Very sleek and worked well. Tired of the old boxes. Useless to my business and this one does a lot more. Very happy with it.

Easily one of the most cumbersome things I ever purchased. Absolutely no easy way to give people access like it claims.Don’t buy!
