Tastes great.

This is pretty good. It’s extremely sweet, in my opinion, so I either make an extra big mug with lots of water or I only use half the packet (which is then half the protein). It dissolves well, like any other hot chocolate.

This stuff has a good flavor, my favorite is the Hot Chocolate with Marshmallows version but I’ve tried the Amaretto and Chocolate flavors as well. They’re good but all seem to clump up a bit if they sit un-stirred for like 15 minutes. I think this is due to the gelatin that’s in here, as a different protein hot chocolate I’ve tried doesn’t have the gelatin ingredient and it doesn’t clump up even after sitting for an hour. Not 100% sure though. Also, I’ve purchased this brand/product 8 times now and every single time the product’s box packaging shows up all smashed up (photos attached). In the past this product was packed in an Amazon bag instead of a box so I thought maybe it took a beating from being packed in the warehouse and jostled around in the truck while in transit to my house, but this time it arrived in a box and was still smashed up, so not quite sure what’s happening to the packaging haha. The individual hot chocolate bags are always intact though so that’s good.

Whether you use proteinmilk, or regular milk or water and stir in the hot chocolate, it will be clumpy so I have found that if you use a milk frother it is like magic and there’s no clumps! You’re welcome!
