It takes a few tries to get the hang of it, but once you do, it's quick and easy. Please note that one set includes two dumbbells and will be shipped in two separate packages. - 【EASY TO ADJUST WEIGHT】Eisenlink square dumbbell sets allow for quick weight adjustment. The weight set can be adjusted by slightly loosening the bolt. It is no longer necessary to remove the entire part. This process can be completed in less than 10 seconds. The dumbbell plate has a carrying handle design, compared to other adjustable dumbbells more quickly and easily. (Eisenlink weight plates are available to expand the 50lb dumbbell and go all the way up to 80 lb for each dumbbell.) Patented. - 【FIT & SAFETY DESIGN】There is a snap design between the dumbbell plates. They automatically fit when placed and do not interfere with quick removal. There is no risk of weight plates falling off during exercise, so maintain your safety. The dumbbell plates always fit tightly and are not affected by weight. Eisenlink hand weight sets are more like real dumbbells than other adjustable dumbbells. The knurled grip will also further protect you. - 【NO BASE REQUIRED, PLACE ANYWHERE】Eisenlink weights set for home gym can be placed in any position when the power is insufficient—no more searching for a designated base. The whole body of the dumbbell is forged in cast iron. The same weight will have a smaller volume than polyethylene and cement materials. This reduces the impact of the dumbbell volume on the work from home fitness. No plastic or fragile parts ensure the dumbbell does not break even if dropped from a height. - 【SUITABLE FOR ANY FITNESS ACTION】Eisenlink hand weights set has 2 pieces 2.5lb plates for weight adjustment.
