Will this product work with epson ecotank te-2720

Yes - Any new Epson EcoTank printer will work - ET-2720 will work. Monochrome models are preferred - M1170, M2170 - they have just one tank and use less ink.

Do you have to fill all the ink tanks with ink? Is okay to to just print in black/grayscale?

Amazon tech support states ink must be in all tanks to operate. Some have printers working with ink in just the black tank, leaving color tanks empry and using black only setting when they print. I can work however there are no instructions or tech support.

Can you use other solutions to transfer the stencil to the skin? for example can i use stencil stuff
