I bough a package with 12 Satin Hair color. I am so disappointed because my color is light brown; but with this brand is almost black...I am don't know what can I do with these hair colors?

My item was Sold by PHARMAPACKS!In my last orders, I have received at least 3 tubes of Satin Hair Color that were DEFECTIVE! The ends of the tubes were only partially crimped and product leaked out when I tried to squeeze it into the applicator...making a mess! I've NEVER had this happen before with SATIN. I suggest buyers look at the ends of EVERY SINGLE TUBE of hair color IMMEDIATELY upon receiving your shipment because after 30 days...YOU ARE STUCK WITH THE DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE! Look for end crimp with a "funny fold" to it on the end of tube....as for me, I'm changing sellers...too many defective tubes and doesn't bother to respond to my complaint! Note that I had previously given this product a 5 star review..BUT this was import enough to seriously downgrade my opinion!
