Q: Are the balls made of foam or legit golf balls? Props to answers within the next 3 hours! Thanks

The ones I got were real golf balls; but there are also soft, foam I think, for indoor play. This is an excellent outdoor game for all ages!

Q: Does this come with a carrying bag?

No, a carrying bag is not included with his, however the pieces all fit in the box which does have a carrying handle and can be used for keeping it in and transporting it. I wish it had a bag, but you can use an old tent or foldable chair bag instead just fine if you don't want to use the box.This is the best version of this game I've ever seen and would not let there not being a bag deter you away from it.

Q: How tall do the goals stand?

They are 40 in. tall. Seems to be a fairly well made set. Two sort of issues though. 1. The disassembly is sort of hard the PVC will stick. 2. The throwing balls are hard where I have used a soft rubber that worked a little better.
