Not worth £25. Does what it says however with the size the edges it does not cover anywhere. I do feel wayy more sleepier. But better to buy glasses that cover a larger area. Also one of the lenses cracked second day in 4 different places. It’s all red and I pretty much can’t see any brightness with these on before bed. So not like it matters. I’ll probably be refunding these and buying pairs for less and better ones. It isn’t worth it. However I bought this with some other times to help with my sleep and it has helped tremendously I’ll give it that.
