Product is as described, works as expected.However, in the "Orders" area, it says "It was handed directly to a resident." This is a bald-faced lie; we were at work at the time of delivery, and it was waiting for us by the door when we got home.I've seen these delivery notes many times - they're never true. I wish the delivery people would tell the truth ...

Better price if you order from Epson directly. At one time last year, I purchased a generic set of refurbished ink. It was terrible, completely, absolutely terrible. It was much, much cheaper but actually a total waste of money. Sometimes my printer wouldn’t recognize the cartridges. They didn’t last very long. Their ink quality was not very good. I don’t care how much cheaper they are I would never waste my time with that again. I will only buy Epson namebrand for my printer; however I have found the price to be better when you order from Epson directly. Epson offers free shipping even on a single cartridge and it arrived quickly, so I see no benefit in ordering these from Amazon anymore.

4 simple small print jobs and the cyan cartridge is nearing replacement yet again. I've spent more money on ink for this printer than the cost of buying 4 more printers. These cartridges have the lifespan of a fruit fly. Time to turn this EPSON junk into landfill. I'm not wasting any more money on EPSON ink

This is the standard Epson ink. The quality works well and is easy to install on your printers. But you should check your printer before ordering. My printer only takes 124(Low capacity ink) and 126 (high capacity ink). These were both sold out in the cyan color, so I looked online and was told the 125 (standard capacity) would also fit with Epson printers. This did not fit. Had I checked my printer on the Epson website or entered the number on Amazon fit check it would have said No, but I didn’t have the printer number in me when I ordered so that was my fault.

I've never had a problem with genuine Epson ink cartridges. My local office supply house offers a slightly lower cost than what is available on-line, but this time they were out of stock on the color that I needed. I'm happy with my purchase despite the slightly higher cost!
