Commercial Diamond Tread 90" x 204" Floor Cover

We have a 2 car garage and we have two of these mats. They make the garage look great. They were easy to install. The pattern helps prevent falls when the surface is wet. We have had a number of complements as to how nice our garage floor looks.

Purchased (2) diamond tread GFLOOR mats (10’x24’) at COSCO over 2-years ago. The pictures speak volumes as the tires of my cars ‘literally’ burned right through both mats and then to boot leaving tire marks onto my painted flooring beneath. All of this within the first 6-months of installation and then the burned areas getting even darker with time. The GFLOOR mats as advertised having a 120 Mil overall thickness I thought with that any type of penetration would be virtually impossible.The tire burn stains cannot be removed under any circumstances. The picture also shows the tire-burns of my Golf Cart and which is about 10% the weight of my SUV. COSTCO fully refunded me the money for both mats after all these years and I was told that GFLOOR due to its many returns was discontinued in all of their stores. So be beware of any types of these so-called ‘rubber rolls’ as an alternative for cheap and immediate installation satisfaction.My alternative was to purchase 18”x18” self-draining, perforated, easy to clean, raised quarter inch floor tiles made from recycled flexible polyvinyl chloride. Then ordering an extra tile package so I can at least repair any tire stains that may arise in the future and not having to dispose of the entire garage flooring.

Product was delivered on roll-tube to aid transport of the 80 lb. package Easy to unroll and fit into space. Quickly flattened to floor. Does not wrinkle or curl when driving upon the surface. Provides barrier protection from weather elements. Easy to clean-up making the garage floor tidy & good looking.

Greatly improved the look of garage floor. Easy to roll out and install.

My experience is exactly as Tom Sunday reported in his review. Huge black stains that cannot be removed from car tires. Also, the coefficient of expansion is so large that I have huge gaps between the pieces in the winter and then in the summer I have bubbles everywhere as the gaps close and the material continues to expand. Even though I resorted to heavy duty double backed tape to glue it down the expansion overwhelms the tape. Very dissatisfied.
