This costume fit really well and everyone commented on how good and authentic it looked. The skirt was a little see-through, but nothing a slip couldn't fit. The arms were a little large, so I just took them in a bit and shortened the sleeves.I had to wear a costume to work and I needed something cute, professional, and NOT slutty. That is not easy to find! The fit the bill perfectly. I lost count of how many people thought this costume was authentic. Everyone asked if the uniform was a family member's, if I had actually been in the military, or what military store I had purchased it from. I didn't even take off the fake medals and replace them with real ones (like another reviewer recommended). The medals are definitely fake looking, but apparently the rest of the costume looks real enough to where people overlook it!I highly recommend this costume.

This had odd sizing. The waist was small, a hair more and it would have been too small. I wear a 4 to a 6 (mostly 4). The shoulders were out of proportion for the size of the waist and the sleeves were way to wide. I took the sleeves in and added thick should pads. It worked out. The skirt fit nice in the waist but needed a lot of taking in on the sides. I took the medal looking thing off, it was pretty cheesy. The hat will need to be reworked to keep it on. Bobby pins would hold it but would also show.The material is very thin, you will need a slip. After it was all done it was pretty cute but don't order this if you can't sew. It needed more work than it's worth for the price. I wanted this because it looked like it could be attractive without being slutty. It is now, but like I said you will need to work on it. Nice length. I'm 5'2" and it hit me right at the knee

Not only is it paper thin, the material feels like paper. And they run small.

Pros:Color of the uniform is terrific.It doesn’t wrinkle.It’s form fitting so it gives off a nice figure appearance.It looks legit like a uniform.The price was 36$ which is great for a piece that can be turned in cosplay.Cons:The fit. I usually wear 14/16/18, we all know how much women’s sizes flux in clothing brands, especially Halloween costumes. I tried the xxl and decided I would do alterations. Jacket was just a little tight, arms too long, skirt a little too loose. “Shirt” is actually a Velcro-close bib, this fit fine. The hat is fine. I doubt I’ll wear the hat but I’m sure some may like it.Skirt zipper - works but feels very flimsy. Be very careful or you’ll tear it right away.Cosplay quality - for Peggy Carter yes with alterations. Might want to get a different shirt, better buttons, and better quality medals. Possible a belt. I’m going to add a red headband with a flower and skip the military hat. Plus I’m going to the convention with cap America. People will get who you are.Costume quality - excellent, it’s very classy and pretty.Material - I wouldn’t wash it. It’s Halloween costume material that might fall apart in the washer or dryer.

This is a great looking uniform and well worth it!!! Fits great. Love the way that it looks on. Hat is somewhat smaller, only because I have a big head =-) But, I wore it for a Halloween party and I went as Agent Carter from the Marvel Comics. Everyone loved it!!! I had previously gone to the casino for a Halloween party as well. I wore a Captain America pin on my lapel as well as her SSR pin. I was getting a lot of, "Hey Agent Carter, can you take a pic with us?". Lot of Avengers costumes that night that were missing an Agent Carter...me =-). People were also wondering if this was an authentic Army costume because they said it looked so real. Very happy with my purchase.

First off, this costume is beautiful. In person it looks well made and the colors are true to the photo, HOWEVER. It is oddly proportioned. I am 5 feet and around 108 pounds and the small was gigantic. The skirt hit my calf and the sleeves were very wide and completely bypassed by fingers. The frustrating part was that the chest section fit well. I thought about hemming the skirt and sleeves but it would take a lot of work and simply wasn't worth the effort for the amount I paid for it. This costume would've been perfect for our office halloween party (we had to dress up as something from the past) since I work at a Law office and it has to be rather conservative, but I ended up having to return it :(

I had seen the reviews for this costume and found it funny how so many people thought those wearing the costume were actually serving in the military. Well, I'm here to add to those kind of storiesI purchased the costume as a surprise for the veterans that were attending a special dinner at my church in their honor. Most were Vietnam, Gulf, Afghanistan, and Iraq vets but my uncle is a WWII vet and I thought it would be nice to dress up and perform (armed forces hymns medley) as a treat for them.Nearly all the veterans thought I was a member of the military, commenting how I was higher ranked than they ever were, etc. Of course, I gently corrected them and eventually had to make an announcement to the group that it was just a costume, haha.So, you know that it looks pretty authentic if a bunch of veterans thought it was real. :)As far as sizing - the costume fit me well. It does run large, which I was banking on because I technically didn't fit into the sizes as described. But I saw someone else's review saying that they ran large and took the plunge. It was perfect, except that the sleeves were too long and had to be cuffed and sown to fit me properly. Overall, very pleased with this purchase.And the smiles on the veteran's faces, especially my uncle's, made it all well worth it.

Very cute outfit. It is very thin but it did what we needed it to do. It would have been better if the hat was also included with the packaging. The value of the outfit is not really worth the cost due to how thin the material is and the missing hat.
