U.S. Facts & Fun, Grades 1-3

Your first grader maybe can do this. Not mine. I had ordered other workbooks more age appropriate that I will use and get this out maybe third. We homeschool so it will get used. It's a nice book so I give it a five. Should say third grade.

I am a teacher homeschooling my child during the pandemic. My 9 year old son with autism does not like reading and he especially does not like reading comprehension activities. He loves this book and is excited when we get to it each day. This is the first reading comprehension book he does not fight me to do. He finds the passages interesting and fun. He even reads them aloud more fluently than other books. It is not as informative from a historical perspective as I thought it would be, but that is probably why it is fun for my child. Very engaging and he will develop skills from it that he was struggling with.

I gave a page to my kids every weekday during the summer and they loved them. Interesting facts to remember in a fun way

I bought this book for homeschooling my 2nd grader and we both loved it. The lessons are short but informative and engaging!

My daughter enjoys this. It definitely skims the top of states knowledge and is generally 'fun' activities, and designed to be used as a stand along resource.

I bought this after a colleague gave me some lessons she had gotten from this book. I am thrilled it was available. The students enjoy learning about history in short lessons and I can choose them at random. Wonderful! Would also use in a sub folder.
