This book is easy to read while being very informative. You'll learn a lot about Catholic theology on the way!

This book is very dense and almost difficult in some places to read, not because it lacks readability or substance, but rather because the author who is obviously an expert on the subject gives such a dense presentation one has to digest the book very slowly. The problem is it's so good, I found myself wanting to go faster!

it's interesting that both Catholics and Protestants agree on the existance of angels. This book is less of observations of angels in the modern world and far more theory. The book is a review of traditional and highly respected church scholars and their interpretations of scriptural references. i found it quite interesting but like a college textbook albeit a very thorough one

Book covers just about all that is needed to know about angels.Very good bibliography.

This is also a wonderful book on the Angels and how they relate to us in our lives, but more, it gives their history...their own creation, their test, their work in relation to the Church and the modern world.I like the way Fr. Parente writes in a very easy to understand style, using Doctors of the Church (St. Thomas Aquinas, for one) to give a well-rounded and researched tome exactly what it needs to instruct the Faithful on the Angels and their work.I highly recommend this book!
