i’ve been taking this supplement for a week so far, and i feel more energetic and productive already! no weird after taste, and lots of minerals that are great for immunity boosting

Some of the ingredients counter act each other. Great in theory.

I've been looking for good minerals to add to my vitamin intake, and this product offers different minerals which is a plus. This product helps me to stay focused and it helps me sleep better too.

The pills are large and hard to swallow. Don't like the fact of taking three a day. I have noticed that I do have more energy. I am also sleeping better.

i take this supplement every day in the morning to make sure i get a good enough energy boost for the rest of the day! so far it’s been great, and it’s helpful especially for those with mineral deficiencies
