I first bought a boss, 50 dollar radio, and it had treble, bass... that's it for adjustment. So, I sent that one back and after reading very carefully bought this radio here (Pioneer s6000bs) I am over the moon for this car radio. It has like 12 sound adjustment's rated in MHz, kHz etc. For the average Joe, maybe a little technical this deck, but for connoisseur like myself; I love all the adjustment's. Sub woofer connect on back as well as two other rca connectors for sound. remote works good and color is super cool to look at :) Now i am still figuring this radio out but i think it is tailored more towards the phone app with features as i keep confusing myself with the adjustment's :) lol! Thank you Amazon and Pioneer for making a great radio :)

Love the colors and way it looks. Microphone didn’t work upon installation but they sent another one...has a lot of enhancements, a feature I am not used to...overall it is a damn fine radio...if you get an error (amp) it is because of low voltage..it isn’t in the workings of the stereo...if you don’t know what you are doing, then let a professional install it..

Amazing starter head unit for any guy wanting to get into the stereo world at a reasonable price definitely would recommend it and made my old crappy speakers sound great actually way better than my old stereo Had them sounding

I have purchased and installed several Pioneer stereos through the years and have always been very satisfied with what I got for the money it cost me. This particular head unit/receiver is awesome in so many ways...it does so many things and does it all very well. I bought this and installed it in my son's 1994 Chevy truck. It is a GREAT value, and is so feature packed. Generally, I prefer the simpler technology, but I figured my son would appreciate all the "bells and whistles" that this unit has, and we are both pleasantly surprised with this stereo. My only hesitations for not giving it the full 5-star rating is that the instructions for all the features seem to be lacking. I went on-line and printed out more instructions but found them to be a little lacking still...nevertheless, we got it all figured out in the end. My only other complaint is that the display brightness is a little weak in the daytime. In it's brightest setting, and with all other display features optimized, I still have significant problems reading the display in the daylight...other than this, I/we love it. I still feel that Pioneer is the brand to get for your vehicles. Great products and great value for the money.

Had an old pioneer that went out on me after about 5years so I bought this one. Easy plug and play since the connection is the same. Definitely more power than the last. Colors change but brightness during the day is very low besides that no problems

I had a pioneer for quite some time and was happy with it but after about 10 years I wore it out, deciding on a new car receiver was not too difficult since I am a simple person. It had to have a radio and be able to play my recorded music whether on cd or phone or usb and it was a must it had to have Bluetooth for hands-free since states are now making laws not to be on phone. I found this unit fit all my requisites and then some. The unit is easy to use compared to what I had, Installation was easy since I just reused the bracket I had and matched wires (be very careful). The colored lights are a little dim in the daytime but at night it's a good show. I found if you download ARC to your phone and then attach your phone via usb to the receiver you can have more control over the colors and additional functions. Good luck and Happy Shopping

Awesome custom equalizer. Works perfect. Best bang for your buck plus its pioneer so it's already the best duhh...

Great features and the sound is good. My only criticism, though minor, but very annoying, is that the Bluetooth connection to my iPhone is really flaky. It often will come up with Error with connecting. Seems to work most consistently with using the BT Audio mode, but I mostly use Pandora with it and seems hit and miss if using that mode to connect (have to connect BT Audio, then launch Pandora). I've even had to clear the Bluetooth memory once in order for me to be able to connect to it again. The Pioneer ARC app is really helpful in fine-tuning the system.
