I had some issues with printing at first but their customer service was very helpful and did an amazing job with helping me. I had some issues with printing at first but their customer service was very helpful and did an amazing job with helping me. I was really nervous about pitching this DTF printer for my small business but I'm so glad that I did! It came packaged really well.. very secure! I received my printer and heater 1st then my laptop arrived 7 days later - which I didn't have a problem with. I instantly reached out to customer service for support for assistance as I didn't want to mess anything up! But setup was very easy... I could have probably done this on my own if I wasn't so nervous lol. Simple steps & easy instructions. Customer service was AMAZING! My tech was Fonta & he was very patient with me! HE'S THE BEST! He guided me every step of the way. The time zones are different so don't expect a reply until later that night or whatever your time zones are! I'm EST! Overall my experience has been great.. my printer is printing great! I'm so excited!! Purchase this product you won't regret it! I know I haven't had this product long but I do feel with the proper cleaning and attention this product will serve me well! Thank you for all your help and thank you for providing me with a great product. **Almost forgot the most important part - the print offs are beautiful & vibrant! Love love love this!
