A complete, sugar-free supplement.
I really love this product but it is a little expensive. Helped me after my postpartum to be energetic. I found another one that included omega and it is cheaper.

They will make you gag - BUT
They're so big and make me gag every time I take one, they taste and smell awful but I'm hoping the benefits are worth it. ***UPDATE*** 1/18/24 - I am going back to these after trying Women's Centrum, they were horrible and left me in constant stomach discomfort and bloating! I am now grateful to have found these. Big and will make you gag but gave me NO issues at all! From 3 stars to 5!

Do you love huge, stinky pills? Then these are the ones for you!
Unless you truly love the smell of Vitamin Cottage, don't get these. They STINK. The odor is so bad that I could smell them before I even opened the shipping box. My daughter tried to take these for a couple days but the stench was too much for them. Also, the pills are enormous, even for a multivitamin, and hard to swallow. Plus, once you manage to choke down these horse lozenges, you get to spend alllll day burping up that delightful vitamin aroma! Between the overwhelming, nauseating, bizarrely strong smell and the freakishly large size, we ended up just throwing them away. I guess they're a good value, if you like throwing $15 in the trash can. Or if you like choking down what smells & tastes like the dumpster of a GNC store.
