Can I glue a self healing cutting mat to a wooden table top with this?

I have found this to be an incredible glue. For a strong, permanent bond the glue is applied to both surfaces and allowed to dry for about 10 minutes. Then, very carefully, put the two pieces together, starting with one edge and slowly lowering the top piece down. The fumes are kind of strong so good ventilation is needed.

Yes I have used it to fix shoes, but prefer "Shoe Goo Shoe Repair" 3.7 oz. 2-Pack (1 Clear, 1 Black) to fix most my shoes and other items.

Would this work for bonding thin leather to brass?

No. The only sure fire way to attach leather and metal is rivets or Chicago screws. Will it stick for a while. Maybe. But its not a permanent solution
