The belt attachment can be removed and placed on the other side for left handed carry. With the belt attachment you can only carry traditionally on the belt... ...you cannot rotate for scout carry. Extremely comfortable in hand with good fit and finish. Sheath is real lured and seems well made. My only complaint is the lack of jimping on the thumb ramp. It would make an excellent back up fixed blade or pocket fixed blade if you swapped the tek-lock style clip for an ulticlip.
