Arrived fast. Cant have it in cold water because it thickens and clumps. Cant have it in hot water being thick xlumps and hot with the same fishy smell. I logged into Amazon and purchased empty pills, 1000 for cheap money like 9 dollars. I would put tsp in a bowl and fill them. No bad to fill and better than drinking the powder. It gets rid of phglem and mucous. I must be unhealthy because I took it at night and blew my noae 500 times, not kidding. Take it in the morning. It works well for that. I am not a diabetic or have pains so cant review that. But, time will tell. I do have more energy. Got the rush feeling like caffeine after a while. Did more repairs to my place since I have been lazy lately. So, daughter bought a pill machine on here, Amazon and we made 100 in 30 mins after reading instructions off and on. Its easy and not messy. We did not waste any cell fuel. We took a day off to stop the runny noses. But, we are ready to keep taking them and see what happens. Product seems to stay in your system dor a while. You might poop green, just an FYI.....powder is green...lol. This is our 2nd purchase and have a bottle and a half left and 90+ pills. Will update our progress. Daughter just had runny nose and no green poop. She takes less than I. No instruction on amount, we figure 1/4 tsp per full capsule. We figured 1/2 tsp day or every other day for now.

First, I want to commend the seller on having amazing customer service! I have been very impressed.I've been using this product from 3 days. It has given me a nice, natural energy. I have not had any energy crashes and I feel great, overall. I have also noticed that I don't have as many cravings and my appetite has been well-controlled. I have probably eaten about half as much over the last 3 days as what I had been eating before this product. The only thing that was a little hard for me about the product is the strong ocean taste. This morning, I tried it mixed in with my favorite cinnamon tea, which made it a lot easier to handle the taste. Overall, I like the product.

This stuff is AMAZING!!!! I've known about sea moss from following Dr. SEBI for years but I never ordered it until now. I finally had to try something to get my iron levels up. My iron was so low I was out of breath just walking and I was eating ice like a maniac. I dont know if it was just wishful thinking but I swear after one dose of this stuff I felt 100% better. Now I'm on my 4th day and I am about to order another canister just so that I can have it on hand when I get low. I recommend this to anyone and everyone I know. The taste is hard to stomach but I've tried a few different methods to mask the ocean taste. You wont be disappointed.

I noticed a little spike in energy, I'm not as hungry and my stanlema is up. My knee isn't hurting as much anymore. Not sure what that's about. I would recommend Cell Fuel 102

This stuff is disgusting. Do not try to make a delicious smoothie out of this. Would you put raw salty oysters in your smoothie? That's exactly what this tastes like raw salty oysters.I am sorry Miss Redd but I am not going to steal your recipe that you put on your product description LOL. The first day I tried the product I did try to make me a delicious smoothie with bananas, cinnamon, tumeric, honey and milk. It was just too much to try to chug it down. I had added one teaspoon of the sea moss powder to this heavenly concoction of a smoothie I made. It was ghastly!I always pride myself on having a strong stomach and thought I would be able to handle this product no problemo. After the initial shock of just how bad it actually is I stopped taking the product. A week later I was back at it and this is what I do. I get me a shot glass and I mix the powder with apple juice and 100% pure cranberry juice unsweetened. The powder does not mix well it is clumpy. In the shot glass I put in my juice and 1 teaspoon of powder and a Stir It Up with a fork. The tartness from the cranberry juice and the sweetness from the apple juice cut the salty oyster taste some but I take it like I'm taking a shot of tequila and Wallah it's over. The powder does not mix well it is clumpy. It was stick to the sides of the glass if you did not whisk it good with the fork. It will also stick to your teeth and the sides of your mouth. Drink some water afterwards are chew a starburst cuz you will have a funky mouth. I am so serious. You'll be going around with your mouth smelling like ass. I did not drink water the first time I took it and I was in my car after I exited my car and got back in my car it smelled ike straight raw rotten oysters in my car. . I don't brush my teeth after taking the shot glass cuz I probably would throw up if I did that. A starburst and a glass of water works for me. Okay enough about the taste. After I've been on this product for approximately a week straight I feel a big difference. I actually feel healthy and more energetic. Thank you Miss Redd for making this amazing product. I know you can't help how it taste so I am not rating my review on that. I would definitely order this product again.

Works well for energy, smells like seagull poop. I couldn't tolerate the smell honestly, so it was useless to me. I definitely won't buy again. If I hold my nose, I can get it down, but can't keep it down if I burp and catch a whiff of it. This is an honest review without free products. I paid full price without discount.
