Great product backed up by great customer service
We were very pleased with the design and build quality of the fixture, brushed nickel finish is beautiful. The installation was very simple for a handy home owner. The only issue we had was the water supply lines provided were just too short for our application but customer service is providing lines that are 3” longer to address this...... on a Friday afternoon before a holiday weekend. Great product, great customer service.

Exceptional customer service and great products
I really am impressed with this vendor. I ordered a tub filler and when my plumber went to install the waterline was too long. This is of no fault of the seller. We were unable to install beneath the slab. I contacted the seller and they were absolutely amazing. They shipped me out a new waterline that fit perfectly! I would definitely purchase from this company in the future. They have really great products at good prices and exceptional customer service!!!!

Broke after a year.
Loved this faucet when we bought it. One day went to turn it on and the nob switching from the main faucet to the handheld shot off. Hit me in the chest and flooded my bathroom.

Excellent Customer Service!
We had this installed at the end of 2018 and started having some leaking issues, but I contacted the company thru Amazon, and they sent my videos/pictures over to their techs, and they ended up sending me a replacement part I needed, and now it works great!Hey, I don’t expect perfection from everything but good customer service sure goes a long way!!!
