It doesn’t look like you’re showing your underwear, it is a nice stretchy cotton type material that looks just right. I will buy more in different colours for other outfits. Very soft nightdress, but not overly warm. I've bought four so far and will continue buying more. The straps are delicate enough that you can rip one if it gets caught on something and you don't notice. Ordered a size up for comfort.
