The Presence Sensor FP2 only supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks. If you are using a dual-band router, please turn off the 5GHz Wi-Fi network before adding the hub. Note: Wi-Fi 6 is not supported.

To ensure a stable connection, place presence sensor FP2 between rounte is no more than 6 meters（19 feet）.Make sure there are no metal obstacles between the sensor FP2 and the router.

What should I do if the product won't power on?

Please make sure you are using a 5V⎓1A power adapter to charge (not included) and ensure the product is constantly powered during use.
